Cal Poly SLO Cycling Team
We're Cal Poly SLO's club cycling team. Do you dabble in mountain biking? Are you a hardcore roadie? Do you want to try cycling for the first time? You've come to the right place! We're an inclusive, motivating and supportive group that aims to create an environment where athletes of all levels can dive into the sport of cycling. We race all disciplines and have numerous national podiums, several Western Collegiate Cycling Conference Omnium wins, and countless K/QOMs and Local Legends. We're all about having fun, embracing the adventurous spirit of cycling, and enjoying the great outdoors together!
Purpose
Our purpose is to cultivate a community of cyclists driven by the values of fun, responsibility, and stoke. We foster an environment of inclusivity and friendship, where members support each other's self-growth and strive for excellence both on and off the bike. Together, we pedal towards a common goal of embracing the thrill of the ride!

To increase inclusivity and stoke about recreational and competitive cycling for all cyclists in the Cal Poly community and beyond through cultivating self improvement, serving our community, and prioritizing fun.

Cal Poly Cycling is your 2024 Collegiate Mountain Bike National Champion! This year, our riders traveled to Bentonville, Arkansas and beat some of the best schools in the country to win 13 medals and 4 national titles. This continues our history of success. In the past two seasons alone, our talented members have taken home two other National Championships and eleven other National podiums. In 2023, we were even the Cal Poly Club Sports Team of the Year award recipients.

This year, we plan to continue sending riders to more league and National Championship events. These events are hosted all over the country, so we need your help to support our riders so that they can focus on performing at their best. Donations will go towards travel, lodging, and registration costs for our riders. We also plan to use donations to expand the Loaner Bike Program and Free Bike Fix, two existing Cal Poly Cycling programs that are already making big impacts on campus by helping to make cycling a more accessible sport to those just getting into it.
